We want to be able to help as many people as we can. So, our service area is pretty large. We go from about Amherst County all the way down to Danville, and from about Salem Roanoke Virginia all the way over east to Farmville,” Brooks said.

Their services include content cleaning, structural repairs, and comprehensive restoration to return properties to their pre-damage condition.

Currently, their crews leave from their Lynchburg location.

During this season, water damage calls have been their most frequent.

“For the last couple of weeks, the most popular call is most likely water, as we do a lot of water damage restoration. It could come from hot water tanks that are leaking or that have exploded, and as we venture into the winter months, the colder months, you’re going to have pipes freezing, and you know, people are going to need our services out in the community,” Brooks said.

Brooks said he hopes to expand their offices to other spots across their coverage area to get to calls faster.

“Our Emergency Response Coordinator, which is me, responds out to the area in cases of fires, floods, and natural disasters. We want our team to be able to not only respond to the immediate needs of that, but also to the carriers and the insurance companies. So that means, obviously, our team needs to grow, as we continue to serve throughout the area, we will be growing and be able to respond to more and more calls as time goes on. So, we’re looking forward to growing in the community, giving back to the community, and being involved in community events.” Brooks said.
